4trees Media has completed a new RedBlue logo sting using our upgraded production pipeline built on DaVinci Resolve 20.3, a Hollywood‑grade editing and VFX environment now integrated into RedBlue’s creative workflow.
This marks a meaningful capability expansion for RedBlue’s internal media production. Resolve is significantly more advanced than the tools we previously relied on—Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and lighter social‑media‑oriented editors. While the learning curve is steeper, the payoff is substantial: deeper control, higher fidelity, and the ability to produce cinematic‑quality visuals entirely in‑house.
Why This Matters for RedBlue
This upgrade strengthens several areas of RedBlue’s communications and brand presence:
Higher production value for all RedBlue video assets — from internal explainers to public‑facing brand content.
Access to true VFX and motion‑graphics capabilities that previously required outsourcing or multi‑tool workflows.
More efficient iteration cycles thanks to Resolve’s unified editing, colour, audio, and compositing environment.
Greater creative control over how RedBlue’s brand is represented visually, especially in motion.
Better presence on leading social platforms such as YouTube.
The new logo sting is the first example of what this toolset enables. It reflects a more polished, cinematic identity that aligns with RedBlue’s growth and the increasing expectations of our audiences.
A Craft‑Driven Approach
One of the strengths of this transition is that our work remains fully handcrafted. We are not relying on AI‑generated graphics or automated templates. Instead, the visuals are designed, animated, and refined manually—ensuring the final product reflects RedBlue’s standards and creative direction.
Behind the Scenes
A short three‑minute “making‑of” video has been prepared to give RedBlue staff a look at how the sting was built inside Resolve. It highlights the workflow, the tools involved, and the level of control this software now gives us.
