RedBlue‑Portal — Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the Portal

The RedBlue‑Portal is an internal digital hub designed to support RedBlue employees with access to company resources, documentation, training materials, news, and operational tools. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.


2. Access and Authorization

Access to the Portal is restricted to authorized RedBlue employees, contractors, and approved partners.

  • Login credentials must not be shared with any unauthorized individual.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.

  • Access may be revoked at any time if misuse is detected or employment status changes.


3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content within the RedBlue‑Portal—including documents, procedures, graphics, videos, training materials, and internal communications—is the property of RedBlue or its content management partner, 4trees Media.

  • Content may not be copied, distributed, or shared outside the organization without explicit written permission.

  • Modification of Portal content is restricted to authorized personnel.


4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Portal only for legitimate RedBlue business purposes.
Prohibited actions include:

  • Uploading or distributing malicious software

  • Attempting to bypass security controls

  • Posting inappropriate, offensive, or confidential third‑party information

  • Using the Portal for personal commercial activity or non‑work‑related purposes


5. Content Management and Updates

The Portal is managed and maintained by 4trees Media on behalf of RedBlue.

  • Content may be updated, added, or removed at any time to support operational needs.

  • System updates may include new features, security enhancements, or structural improvements.

  • Users may be notified of major changes, but ongoing updates may occur without notice.


6. Data Accuracy and Reliability

While RedBlue and 4trees Media strive to ensure accuracy, the Portal may occasionally contain outdated or incomplete information.

  • Users should verify critical operational details with supervisors or department leads when necessary.

  • RedBlue is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of Portal content.


7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Portal may contain sensitive operational, employee, or client information.

  • Users must handle all information in accordance with RedBlue’s confidentiality policies.

  • Unauthorized disclosure of internal information is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.


8. System Availability and Technical Support

RedBlue and 4trees Media aim to maintain reliable access to the Portal.

  • Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

  • Technical concerns should be reported through the designated internal support channels.


9. Limitation of Liability

RedBlue and 4trees Media are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from Portal use

  • Loss of data due to user error or unauthorized access

  • Service interruptions or technical malfunctions
    Total liability related to Portal use is limited to the scope permitted under applicable law.


10. Third‑Party Integrations

Some Portal features may link to or integrate with third‑party tools or services.

  • RedBlue is not responsible for external system performance, data handling, or security practices.

  • Users must follow all relevant third‑party terms when interacting with integrated tools.


11. Amendments

RedBlue reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
